I bought Alfa pizza oven about 1-1/2 year ago..recently it stopped working so I emailed Pizza & Outdoor Furnishings where I bought it from online. In less than 30 min I got a reply to my inquiry regarding warranty and how to fix it. I was more than impressed...The family owned buisness really stepped up and although there's a 3hr time change they quickly had me set up with a tech. The parts arrived within a few days and it was quickly fixed...something really minor. During the entire time I received emails from the main business checking-in on the progress...I had my reservations when I first thought of buying something online but rest assured that was the right decision. Outstanding customer service overall - 5 STARS - I highly recommend this family owned business and will gladly buy from them again in the future. Thanks again for the great service and help over on fixing our awesome pizza oven - It's a fantastic product and we love it.
We are so happy with our maximus prime oven. I'm going to put it in a pizza truck and it is even better than I hoped it would be. The only bad thing I could think of would be if you were mistakenly expecting to get Optimus Prime :)
For very long time I wanted an oven like this. I had thought of building one my self but the time and cost to do it my self was to much. After surfing the web for information and locked at what people are doing I came across Patio & Pizza website. They way the oven was made I was sold. I placed my order with them and 10 weeks later it arrived.
I have done the initial seasoning of the oven and we made our first pizzas. AMAZING!

The only reason for not giving 5 stars was for the delivery experience. I know the company doesn’t have anything to do with that, but that’s the part of the experience.
The oven itself is a piece of art. Being able to incorporate this into our cooking is like learning to walk. Going anywhere is possible. The staff are probably the best customer service team I have dealt with. Quick and informative responses to all my requests. You cannot ask for more. All I can say is just keep it up and you will be the best pizza oven go to place…period!

We love our oven. We’ve baked pizza, salmon, chicken and bread is next on the list. We researched ovens and decided on the Maximus because it was the best value. We chose to buy it from Patio & Pizza Outdoor Furnishings because the reviews on their service were great. Our experience was ideal and I highly recommend both the oven and the retailer.
Customer service is fantastic, I’ve had many questions and inquiries and all the responses have been quick and informative. I feel like I’ve joined a club.
Regarding the pizza oven, I’m at week 5 and have been primarily focused on pizzas, it’s definitely an art and science, Ive burnt several, tried different flours (00 is the best) and have used YouTube and the pizza bible as my teachers.
Beyond pizzas, I’ve done a few crisps, salmon, and veggies and they’ve all turned out amazing. The key is good ingredients and patience. Oh I almost forgot, my pretzels turned out amazing!

It was easy to order, and it was actually a lot easier to get information than from the manufacturer. Excellent follow through after my credicard was declined and until I was able to complete the order. I also received information about the shipping. Very happy and as I said easier than ordering from Italy.
We love our new pizza oven. It was shipped quickly and arrived in good shape. We have had a lot of fun already with it. Get the larger size if you are choosing between larger or smaller!
Love it! It can cook some amazing food! I went with the 750 and it's perfect for our family. It has become the centerpiece of our backyard.
