Once you're done heating up your oven, it's time to get cooking. You will need to push the embers to one side of your oven and use the Pinnacolo Stainless Steel Fire Separator to block the ashes from your cooking surface.
The Fire Separator is made of heavy gauge stainless steel with dimensions of: 15" W x 6" H x 5" Base, the hole is 3/4" in diameter. This product weighs about 3 lbs.
This product has been tested over and over again and find that it reduces ash towards the pizza and focuses the fire to better arch over the dome of the oven.
