I absolutely love the oven I ordered. I had several small chips in my pizza stones, and I sent an email/tct to Patio/Pizza and they took care of it ASAP. They shipped me a new stone and I was very very happy with their level of customer service and communication. I converted to NG, however the directions in the manual were not "great." Again, I reached out to Patio/Pizza and they sent me the instructions. Secondary to the minor issues I had, they promised to send me the cover for the Brio because of the inconvenience. I have cooked steaks, pizza, grilled vegetables, and I cannot be more happy about the Brio and quality of the oven. My family, and all of my teenage boys friends "rave" about the food and aesthetics of the oven itself. My brother lives around the block from me and he plans on getting one as well, as soon as his backyard kitchen is completed. Thank you Alfa, and most importantly thank you Patio & Pizza for your excellent level of customer service!!! I recommend your company without any reservation whatsoever!!

Oven showed up as expected. The cover was misplaced during shipping but an email and quick response from Patio and Pizza so resolved quickly. Would purchase from this vendor again!!

We had a little trouble getting the pilot to light but retailer and manufacturer rapidly diagnosed and fixed problem. First pizza was a disaster but I am certain it was user error.

Received an Alfa Brio pizza oven but haven’t opened it yet since the grill island where it will sit is not yet complete. Ordering was super easy, customer service quickly answered questions I had and also followed up with offers of more assistance, item arrived quickly, and delivery was easy. I’m looking forward to unboxing and putting it to use!
