We only ship within the US.
Do you have to order specific wood to use with this oven?
The best woods for cooking are seasoned and dried hardwoods. Hardwoods, which usually contain broad leaves on the trees, are a better option than softwoods, which usually have needles and cones. Click here to see our blog about Best Wood For Pizza Ovens.

I placed an order for the Alfa One last night. What is the typical delivery time for the oven to reach Indiana?
As a convenience to our customers, we note the availability and approximate shipping times in each product listing. Also as a convenience to our customers, we work hand-in-hand with our Vendors, many of whom have warehouses in several parts of the country we can ship from. What this means for you our customer, is not only a reduced wait time to receive your product but also reduced freight charges, if applicable. The actual ETA once shipped depends upon the distance between that warehouse and the shipping address.
I just ordered the alfa one with table. But I forgot to order accessories for this! What items do you recommend for me to order?

Hello, do you ship to Ontario, Canada?
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship our Alfa Ovens to Canada.
If you are buying the pizza oven only, does it have to sit up on the legs or can it sit flat or be built in so the legs do not show and still work properly?
You can set it up without the feet but that would put a lot of heat on the table, causing defects & discoloration. Keeping the feet on the oven is highly recommended!
Can this go under a covered porch? If so, do you have to to have the chimmney flue/vent thing extended to go through the porch roof? If so, is it possible to buy extensions? Does it depend on local code? Additionally, is it possible to get this with a black flue vs. the stainless steel that is pictured? Thank you
You can find the venting guide in one of our articles here. We don't carry the parts needed to extend the chimney and it is always best and recommended to check with your local codes.
