Is this cover for the Alfa One? In the picture it looks like it covers the One and the work station. I have the Alfa One and the 51-inch multi-function base and prep station. Is there an option for covering both the oven and prep station? This could be together or separately. Thank you!
Unfortunately, Alfa does not make a cover that will also cover your prep station. They only have covers for their oven. You may try checking covers&all to get a custom cover.
How does the back of the cover fit around the gas connection?
The Alfa Countertop cover is not a super tight fit around the shell so it won't affect the gas connections.

I have a Alpha One. The cover noted here does not have coverage for the chimney
This cover requires you to remove the chimnney when putting on the cover. You can store the chimney inside of the oven to avoid losing it.
