To allow you to cook a pizza at home just as good as that of your favorite restaurant, Alfa researchers have developed the innovative Heat Genius™ technology, thanks to which the condiments cook at one temperature and the dough at another, resulting in each pizza being consistently fragrant and well cooked.

This is because heat is slowly released from the refractory brick and irradiated evenly through the oven’s curved walls. In this way, the condiments cook faster, releasing even part of their moisture, and the dough becomes crispy without burning, thus reaching the perfect balance.

Optional Accessories The Alfa CLASSICO Pizza Base Alfa bases are the perfect solution to ensure you get the best outdoor experience with your oven, making it easily transportable from one area to another in your outdoor area. What's included? Integrated peel holder. An essential accessory that allows you to always have the tools to bake your pizzas at hand. 4 professional wheels with brakes. Ease of handling is key. The base is equipped with 4 high-quality wheels with brakes for easy movement. Ergonomic handle. A handle made with an exclusive Alfa design, in epoxy resin, which makes it even easier to move the base in your outdoor space. Shelf with panel. Each base is equipped with a cylinder cover or wood holder, depending on how the stainless steel panel is positioned. The maximum load capacity is 30 kg for the wood compartment and 25 kg for the cylinder. Pre-drilled holes for oven. Assembling the base to a top-of-the-line oven is very simple, thanks to the holes specifically designed to screw the feet. Sturdy construction.
